Nov 22, 2010: Why Bother With Content Curation? by Ryah Albatros
As an organisation junkie too, an ordered bookmarking system is essential for my sanity! I’ve always kept my bookmarks in categories and then sorted alphabetically, and that worked well. But now, look at the tools we have at our disposal...With Bag The Web as we create our bag, it returns search results we can use and also lists other bags we might like to connect to. We can mix media together, providing a rich resource that we can share and also a permanent collection for our own use too. Using the search functions within Pearltrees and Bag The Web we benefit from the curation already done by others, and than cuts down the time we spend filtering results.
